Nate grew up in Colorado, where he met his future wife Becki. They were married in 1995 and had kids Ben and Jonathan in Colorado in 2000 and 2004. The family moved to Rapid City in 2007 for Becki’s new job as a nurse-midwife, and Ben started first grade at Children’s House that fall. Since then, Ben has moved to St. Elizabeth Seton Elementary, but Jonathan attended preschool at CHM, graduated from Kindergarten in 2011, and will be attending first grade at CHM in 2011-12. Nate is usually a computer programmer but just finished up a stint as part-time preschool teacher at CHM.

Jamee Allgier grew up in Montana and has lived in Rapid City for the last 11 years. She has been married to her husband Russ for 9 years, and they have two daughters – Addyson (4) and Leighton (18 months) as well as five (yes 5) dogs. Prior to being a stay at home mom, Jamee spent several years as an events manager for a local non-profit. Currently, Jamee works from home for a vacation home rental company and helps people plan their vacations to the beautiful Black HIlls, as well as being active on several volunteer committees. Addyson is now in her second year of pre-school at Childrens House. Jamee joined the PTO last year and is looking forward to an exciting year this year.

Jennifer Williams, Member-at-Large

Jennifer grew up in Rapid City, and has been married to Will for almost 7 years. Jennifer and Will have three children, Jacob (4), Josie (2), and baby Eric. Jacob started preschool at CHM in 2010, and is now in his second year. Jennifer has an elementary education degree, but is currently a lawyer for the S.D. Supreme Court in Pierre. Jennifer and Will chose CHM because of the welcoming environment, the small student/teacher ratio, and the enthusiasm in Mrs. Pappel’s eyes the first day Jennifer came to learn about the school. They have not regretted the decision since, and look forward to Josie attending next year.
