Summer Camp Extended Hours
Now offering camp from 7:30am-5:30pm. Families can drop off from 7:30-8:30am and pick up from 3:30-5:30pm each day of camp.
Summer Camp Rates
$275 per week which includes snack and one field trip per week. Enroll by the week or if you enroll for all 10 weeks, you receive a $100 discount.
Summer Camp Terms & Conditions
Summer Camp Fees are paid upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
If you are enrolling in all 10 Weeks of CHM Summer Camp from June 2-Aug 15 (no camp 4th of July Week June 30-July4). You will receive a $100 discount on your first invoice if paying in full or your final invoice if making payments.
Your child will be enrolled in the camp for their age or grade. The youngest child accepted at the CHM Primary camp must be 3 years old and potty trained. The youngest child enrolled at the Elementary Camp must be entering 1st Grade in the fall. The oldest child at the Elementary Camp must be entering 6th Grade in the fall.
Primary Camp will take place at the CHM Primary Campus - 4021 Range Rd. Elementary Camp will take place at the CHM Elementary Campus - 3520 W Main St Rapid City, SD 57702.
Camp hours are from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
I agree to pack a hearty and nutritious lunch for my child each day. I agree not to pack candy or beverages other than water. Snack will be provided by the school.
I give my consent to have my child transported for field trips. If my child requires a safety seat other than a backless booster or a standard car seat, I agree to leave my child’s safety seat at school that day. The teacher will email families each week letting them know the field trip destination and any other additional instructions. Parents are welcome to come along as chaperones on field trips.
If the camp week has less than 10 students enrolled, it may be cancelled.

Items to Bring
- Backpack
- Healthy lunch (in eco-friendly packaging) and cloth napkin
- Water bottle daily to stay hydrated!
- Comfortable clothes that can get dirty. For safety reasons, no flip-flops may be worn to summer camps. Students should wear supportive, comfortable footwear.
- Sunscreen must be applied before arriving at school. Sunscreen will also be reapplied throughout the morning as needed only if the Sunscreen Authorization is signed and the child has provided sunscreen labeled with their name.
- Hat and/or sunglasses if your child typically wears these for protection.
- Weather permitting, we will have a water day each week. Kids can cool off in the sprinkler and play water-based games. Please bring a towel, swimsuit and water shoes on this day (you will be notified via email what day this is).
- Students in the Primary Camp (3-6 year olds) will bring rest time items (small blanket and pillow).
- Toys
- Foods that need to be heated
- Lots of sweets in their lunch
- Tech products (phones, computers, tablets, etc)
