Summer Camp Hours & After Care
The CHM camp hours are from 8am-3pm. You can drop off from 8-8:15am and pick up from 2:45-3pm. After care is available from 3-6pm. You'll indicate during enrollment if you intend to use it. During the camp week, you will email after care staff letting them know the days your child will attend at [email protected]. The cost is $10 per day and billed at the end of the session. 
​Payment Policies for One Session (two consecutive weeks)
  • Cost to attend is $550 for one session (two consecutive weeks).​
  • A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at time of enrollment.
  • The remainder of camp tuition ($500) is due one month prior to the start date.
  • If tuition is not paid one month prior to the start date, the student will be withdrawn.
  • ​Tuition is non-refundable.
Payment Policies for all 10 Weeks Camp Enrollment
  • Cost to attend for all 10 weeks is $2,650 with the $100 discount. Discount reflected on final invoice. 
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of enrollment.
  • Payment Plans available:
    • Pay in Full by May 1
    • Pay monthly at a rate of $662.50 starting May 1 - August 1
    • Pay weekly at a rate of $265 per week starting May 1 - July 3 ​
  • Tuition is non-refundable.
  • If tuition is not paid one month prior to the start date, the student will be withdrawn.

Session 1: June 1-12
Session 2: June 15-26
*No camp June 29-July 3
Session 3: July 6-17
Session 4:  July 20-31

Items to Bring (please label)
  • Regular size backpack
  • Extra set of clothes
  • (Primary Camp) small pillow and blanket for rest time (sent home on Friday)
  • Slippers or indoor shoes (sent home on Friday)
  • Healthy, hearty lunch (in eco-friendly packaging) and cloth napkin (see the LUNCH section below).
  • Water bottle (every day!) to stay hydrated (please label)!
  • Comfortable, supportive shoes that can get dirty.  For safety reasons, we request no flip-flops.
  • Sunscreen (please see the SUNSCREEN section below).
  • Hats and/or sunglasses (please label).
  • Weather permitting, we will have a water days in which kids can cool off in the sprinkler and play water-based games. On these days, please bring a towel, swimsuit and water shoes (please label). Your teacher will let you know in advance. 
Items NOT to Bring
  • Toys
  • Foods that need to be heated
  • Lots of sweets in their lunch
  • Electronics of any kind (phones, computers, tablets, smartwatches, etc.)

Summer Camp Terms & Conditions

When you register your child, you are registering for two consecutive summer camp weeks. The cost is $275 per week. The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable, due at time of enrollment, and goes towards tuition. 

The CHM Primary Camp (ages 3-5) takes place at 4021 Range Road. The CHM Elementary Camp (ages 6-11) takes place at 3520 W Main St. Your child must be enrolled in the camp for their age. Students enrolling in the Primary Camp must be potty trained.
